The world's largest cosmetics company was in search of a digital HR solution that would suit their thousands of employees located in various workplaces across Germany.

The search resulted in the Benify portal My HR Rewards, where employees can use bonus programs, arrange childcare, manage vacation days and much more – at any time.

The portal allows L’Oréal Germany to gather all HR processes in one place while creating a unique and personal experience for each employee. The portal includes the unique “Share and Care” program, which contains childcare and healthcare, digital onboarding and a digital FAQ centre. Employees can also access their payslips through the portal.

The company won the prestigious European HR Excellence Awards in Berlin just one year after launching the portal. The online benefits portal was acknowledged for displaying L’Oréal Germany’s reward programs and employment benefits in a clear and simple way.
